How to Care for Your Peonies

1. Trim the stems. Cut ½" to 1" off each stem at a 45° angle using clean, sharp scissors or a knife. This helps them absorb water more easily.

2. Remove any remaining leaves that will sit below the water line to prevent bacteria growth. We do most of this as it extends the vase life of your blooms

3. Wash your vase with soap and warm water to remove any residue before filling it with fresh, cool water.

4. Add flower food provided, mix the flower food into the vase water according to the packet instructions.

5. Refresh with cool water every 2 days. Change the water, clean the vase, and trim the stems slightly to help extend the life of your flowers.

6. Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources. Heat, direct sunlight & excessive humidity will speed up the life cycle.

All Subscriptions/Orders are non-refundable once purchased.

Subscriptions will be charged weekly for 3 weeks & you can arrange to cancel after the first order has been completed.

Due to the limited harvest window, we are unable to offer full or partial refunds for cancellations on ordered items. Orders are harvested, treated & prepared specifically for each client. 

Peonies are a natural and perishable product and the bunches will have stems at varying stages - please review the care instructions within the listing to enjoy your flowers to the fullest.

Delivery & Pickup Options

Delivery

Delivery is limited to Bedford & Kingswood Neighborhoods and has been tentatively set for early Sunday mornings with the possibility of one weekday alternative to be confirmed.

A delivery fee of $10.00 applies to all local deliveries within our Neighborhood.

Feel free to contact us if you require a delivery outside of our zone & we can discuss alternate arramgements.

Bouquets will be left at your doorstep or a shaded area if you're not home. We do not enter buildings or homes. Please DM if you would like to make arrangements for us to deliver to the exterior of a building or secure area.

Central Pickup Location

We are collaborating with PHITCeterea as a central pickup point on Thursday evenings & Saturday mornings for your convenience this season. If you are going to be unavailable for your scheduled pickup - please arrange for a friend to come by (with your name and order number) as we cannot hold the bunches once they have been prepared specifically for you.
